Absztrakt
Cél: Jelen rövid, összefoglaló cikk célja a gyermekek sérelmére elkövetett szexuális abúzus (CSA) egészségügyi felismerésének, az első észlelés jelentőségének és kriminológiai vonatkozásainak feltárása, különös tekintettel az egészségügyi intézmények szerepére.
Módszertan: A tanulmány elsősorban nemzetközi szakirodalmi áttekintésre és pszichológiai, kriminológiai források elemzésére épül, valamint hazai irányelveket és nemzetközi modelleket (például Barnahus) vet össze.
Megállapítások: A CSA felismerését jelentősen befolyásolja a dolgozók érzelmi megterheltsége, valamint a kórházi környezet és a jelzési kötelezettség összetettsége. A látencia magas, a bejelentés elmaradása több helyzetben gyakori lehet, és komoly pszichés terheket ró a szakemberekre.
Érték: A kutatás hozzájárulhat egy egységes, bizonyítékokon alapuló „első észlelő protokoll” kialakításához, a gyermekvédelmi jelzések hatékonyságának növeléséhez, a prevenciós stratégiák fejlesztéséhez és a szakemberek mentális támogatásához az egészségügyi rendszerben.
