This article provides a general overview of providing evidence for misappropriation cases, with a spe cial focus on potential perpetrators, the knowledge of all applicable legal regulations, and strategic questions regarding seizure. By drawing attention to the occasional difficulty of differentiating between legal and illegal asset management, the author emphasizes the particular difficulty of prov ing misappropriation.
