Abstract
The article provides a brief, reader-friendly overview of the well-known racing driver, Csaba Pfilf-mur der case, from the actual incident through the exoneration, and points to the possibility of reversing even seemingly unquestionable cases, and even a long time after their occurrence. The case is unique among the “dead-end cases”, because it does not revolve around the inability to find the perpetrator, but involves finding evidence against an exonerated defendant under difficult conditions.
