Abstract
Since the invention of final papers at colleges and universities and of doctoral dissertations the professional help in their development has practically become a separate profession. It is not necessarily easy to motivate others for continuous and sophisticated research and to inspire the students mentally, especially not under constant pressure of increasing scientific expectations and deadlines. This paper presents the experiences of the author as consultant and supervisor, the arcanums of scientific writing and applicable technics on this field and further some good results achieved by this work.
