Abstract
Aim: The article presents the book of the best-known Hungarian police sniper on precision rifle shooting, including autobiographical elements.
Methodology: Detailed study of the volume, comparison with recently published Hungarian and international books and articles.
Findings: In addition to a demanding and readable text, the volume includes several previously unpublished photographs, which, in addition to showing the development of armament, dress and shooting techniques, are also remarkable in terms of uniform history and law enforcement history.
Value: This book gives the reader an insight into the advanced level of sniping, as well as the author’s career and motivation.
