Abstract
Aim: In recent years, the Faculty of Law Enforcement has undergone significant development. This process continues, the organization’s activities are facing a significant renewal. The study presents the responses to the effects of the changing environment and the most important directions for further development.
Methodology: In the study, the main characteristics of the Faculty’s current activities are briefly reviewed, it provides a picture of the present situation, and the main directions of future development are presented.
Findings: In the constantly changing professional environment, the development of the Faculty - and with it - the law enforcement higher education also forms a developing system. The study gives the reader an idea of the development plans of the Faculty of Law Enforcement, the new methods of future training of law enforcement professionals and the innovations in education.
Value: The literature available on the topic of the study is incomplete, the plans related to the development have not been published before, the reader can only read about them in this study. The findings, tasks, and conclusions contained in the work contain information that can be used in the activities of law enforcement training professionals.
