Abstract
One of the biggest challenges in road transport today is the development of zero emission vehicle propulsion systems. The number of electric and hybrid vehicles on the roads is constantly increasing. Foreign and domestic fires have also exemplified the safety hazards of these vehicles and the difficulties of interventions. In addition to the constantly evolving battery technology it is necessary to improve the area of safety and fire safety. It is therefore important to examine the evolution of firefighter interventions by cars with Li-poly batteries. That is why it is necessary to look for intervention methods and technical solutions that can reduce the time of intervention, passivate the activity, minimize the use of forces and equipment, and reduce its impact on road traffic.
