Abstract
Aim: The study intends to introduce the accreditation and the improvement of the training of the migration (Aliens Policing and Asylum) management, being established a decade ago, and the part of the political science in the framework of the law enforcement higher education. This study requires to outline a development trajectory, in which how the law enforcement higher education of migration started and how it was altered into the subsequent law enforcement officer training are well reflected.
Methodology: The study describes and introduces those viewpoints by which the civil, and subsequently the law enforcement basic training specialisations were created on the current law enforcement basic training specialisations, entwined with migration and law enforcement activities.
Findings: The study intends to prove, that the preparation for the migration management is an integral part of the law enforcement higher education, in addition, the improvement of this training has to be the same obligation and concern of the Faculty of Law Enforcement of the University of Public Service as the training for any other traditional law enforcement task.
Value: The scientific and the professional value of the paper is, that it creates a resource for the reader so that he might understand the certain segments of the law enforcement higher education, in particular those tasks which are related to the preparation of enforcement activities in connection with the migration and foreigners.
