Abstract

With a focus on the right to strike, freedom of assembly and corruption, ’Ki őrzi az őrzőket? Az ombudsmani jogvédelem’ (’Who quards the quardians? The protection of fundamental rights by the Parliamentary Commissioner’), authored by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Civil Rights and his colleagues summarizes investigations on abuses of constitutional rights in Hungary in the past three years.
