Abstract
The author presents, and comments on, some of the rules of evidence, of the new Hungarian Code of Criminal Procedure to enter into force in July 1, 2018. The legislative innovations introduced to the system of evidence, such as recognizing electronic data for a new type of proof, are in the center of the author’s scrutiny.
