Abstract
Since emergence of modern law enforcement has been a continuous topic teaching law enforcement at university level, the acknowledgement of law enforcement as a science. Famous users of law enforcement have formulated the conception of the science of law enforcement, its main topics but an accreditation of the science of law enforcement was effected in Hungary in 2012 only. This process will be presented by this publication from Mr. Ágoston Karvasy to establishing of the Doctors’ School for Law Enforcement. Emphasised and immortalised the ideas of András Szabó, who presented in 2003 to the Hungarian Academy of Sciences his ideas on law enforcement science and his proposal on acknowledgement of law enforcement as a science.
