Abstract
The goal of this study is to give an overview of the concept of talent management and its recent topics, on the basis of which a general organizational talent management system could be set up. Presenting the definitions and some models of talent management is followed by the introduction of competency models, which can serve as useful framework for talent support at work. The findings of empirical researches and good practices in the field shed light on the challenges and the importance of the topic, and mark the principles of talent support. At the
end of the study a Complex Organizational Talent Management Model and the first practical steps towards it are introduced, which promote the development of a consensual and stable talent management system in organizations.
