Abstract
In the aftermath of 9/11, the U. S. Government announced the primacy of information sharing, significantly facilitating thereby access to classified information for members of the Intelligence Community. The author shows that the Wikileaks-scandal, however, has shaken this system and calls for a new balance between information sharing and information security.
