Abstract
Due to the globalist world order and its geographical location, Hungary is also involved in the international process, which can be termed as migration in general. In this phenomenon, countries’ borders are affected by varying number and intensity of immigrants coming from all countries of the world - either regular or irregular way, staying or transiting the country. The control of these non nationals, their law enforcement measures – based on existing international and national legal provisions, should be carried out by staff who have received appropriate and targeted training in the management of multicultural phenomena specific to our country.
