Environmental regulations from the authority’s perspective

Abstract

The author provides an overview of a research consisting of a set of roundtable discussions with experts of various organizations involved in environmental protection, including the prosecution, the police, the environmental inspectorates and the national park directorates, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Future Generations, and environmental non-governmental organizations. The interactive sessions highlighted good practices and promising initiatives.
