Integrity tests in the light of court judgments

Abstract

The detection difficulties of police corruption require the continuous development of tools for forensic science and the employment of special tools. In Hungary, the integrity test was introduced in 2011 to detect corrupt law enforcement officers. The application of the legal institution is source of many discussions among professionals. My aim is to present the problems of integrity tests and suggest solutions to them by analysing practical examples.
