Abstract
The Office for Immigration and Refugee Affairs - earlier Office for Immigration and Citizenship – was formed from 1. July 2019 to a law enforcement organisation under the name National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing. At the staff meeting of the transformed organisation in June 2019 informed Dr. Sándor Pintér, minister for interior, that the change of the international conditions enforced the transformation of the organisation. In his speech he articulated that the long-term existence of illegal migration and the connecting numbers of violations of right demanded a new order of control, the implementation of the aliens policing model. For leader of the Directorate-General was appointed Dr. Attila Tamás Kiss, police brigadier general, who was previously the deputy director-general of the Office for Immigration and Refugee Affairs. A more authentic and qualified person we could not find for this interview to present the organisation. In his person we could get known someone obliged and loyal to his profession, who is able to fulfil his connecting tasks as a leader well prepared, with flexibility and creativity.
