Abstract
With Dr. Péter Orbán, retired police lieutenant-general, I intend to present the career of a man, whose work, leading and human abilities are exemplary. He is honoured still today, and hopefully his life will stay as an example for many young police cadets who intend to make one’s carrier in this work. Our personal talk for presentation of his career I want to begin with a sentence worth considering as a wisdom saying: “At recruitment I used to say: Everyone who wants to become a policeman should think through this decision as he will not grow rich, but a safe and modest income will be always secured. He will have good colleagues but he will have to go through a lot of convulsions beside labour.”
