Abstract
Aim: Object of the volume is to reveal and present the paradoxes existing in criminology, criminal justice, the operation of the police, prison life and the legal system.
Methodology: Based on extensive domestic and international professional literature and research results, the author points out the contradictions prevailing in the analyzed fields.
