Abstract
The Doctoral School for Law Enforcement of the National University of Public Service and the Work Group Against Hate Crime organized a conference at the National University of Public Service under the title “Effective State Answers on Hate Crime” at the end of November 2017. The aim of the event was to involve users of law – first of all policemen, attorneys and judges – in work, in common thinking and to present outcomes of the work group. Experts at the conference were looking for answers what police can do for a more effective appearance against crimes motivated by hate, removing in this way latency for the most possible of them.
