Contradictions in the Hungarian practices and that of the Court of the European Union in regards of the principle of “ne bis in idem”

Abstract

The author provides an overview of the case law of the Court of the European Union, as well as respective Hungarian procedures with regard to the prohibition of the so called twofold assessment in regards of parallelism of administrative and criminal procedures.
