Abstract
Those who payed attention to information about the pandemic caused by the new type of coronavirus might have heard that the Hungarian Prison Service Headquarters, beside doing everything to protect safety of objects and persons inside, took part in the containment of the virus also outside of prisons. It is commonly known that Dr. Tamás Tóth, corr. major-general, leader of the Hungarian Prison Service Headquarters has been a member of the Operational Group set up by the government from the beginning. How did the defence proceed? How could the additional assignment match into the everyday work of Mr. Commander? Among others General Tóth was asked about these topics in the interview conducted by Zsuzsanna Hornyik.
